Front page mentions Goals and Governance which need to be added/linked.

Thanks for flagging this @hot007!

My current thinking is to add our governance and goals as markdown in our GitHub repository, and then add links to those documents from our Jupyterbook home page. This way we do not clutter the book with admin items, but they are still publicly available for those interested.
