Adding page on contributor roles in publishing #17

I think the contributors/ authors roles are often confusing, would be good to have a glossary of most used standards, possibly datacite and iso-19115 and any other commonly used. iso-19115 is the one used in geonetwork. And how they map to each other.

I'm starting working on this and could just be a page in the tech section, but I feel that we might have overlooked the policy side of managing a data collection, while this shouldn't be something as complicated as what the ESGF or Zenodo might have it pays off to have some clear rules on how to contribute, what are the minimum standards etc. This is shown in the Aus-ref example but I don't think it's explicitly mentioned in the manage chapter.
