Add survey to front page #22

During launch period, include link to survey on front page of the oneclimate portal so we can get feedback.

This was really easy and it's done but check it out and let me know if you want to change text, size etc.

Nice, the white space makes it very easy to notice even though the font is quite small - I think this is fine. Thanks and well done! That was quick!

I selected a h4 header bu I can do it same size as the advanced search "h3" easily

NB I changed the title of the survey because it mentioned feedback from the clex workshop
