Relation_types is used when describing the relationship between the record and a related or alternative identifier. i.e. a paper, documentation, the original metadata record , the online dataset etc.
As sometime it's hard to define the relationship clearly I added a generic "Is related to"
I also added 5 new types as described in the latest DataCite schema (v4.4)
