Overview

Builds and publishes an 'aced-etl' image with an ‘x86’ tag to the ohsu-comp-bio Quay repository.

Changes

Build is started for every semver tag pushed to the repo (e.g. v0.1.0, Running your workflow only when a push of specific tags occurs).

This can be changed so that image is built for any of the following triggers:

Every push to the master branch or release/ branch (Running your workflow only when a push to specific branches occurs)
Manually starting a release (Manually running a workflow)
Any combination of the above
