As a ACED researcher, in order to integrate with other consortiums, it would be useful to support OMOP

Subject: Re: ACED - Follow up: synthetic OMOP data?

we generated a synthetic EHR extract here to mimic our EPIC data. However if your focus is for OMOP I would suggest:

https://github.com/synthetichealth/synthea

https://github.com/synthetichealth/synthea Synthea TM Patient Generator . Synthea TM is a Synthetic Patient Population Simulator. The goal is to output synthetic, realistic (but not real), patient data and associated health records in a variety of formats. Read our wiki for more information.. Currently, Synthea TM features include:. Birth to Death Lifecycle github.com

and https://github.com/OHDSI/ETL-Synthea

https://github.com/OHDSI/ETL-Synthea Utility to Load Synthea CSV data to OMOP CDM Currently supports CDM v5.3 and v5.4. Follow the steps on the synthea wiki to run the program and generate the files. This builder works off of the csv files, not the fhir files. github.com
