Updates documentation with steps for creating Gen3 resources on AWS using Cloud Automation and Terraform.

Looks very thorough, and well presented. It's a bit unclear at times what the differences between staging, development, and production, are for the names of things.

It might be worth it to stay consistent with one naming convention so that somebody who doesn't know what they're looking at can recognize the consistent name. Or if the naming does change for some reason briefly explain why.

Or if the naming doesn't matter because the same file/thing that is being named stays consistent across all 3 environments, that could be worth mentioning.

Might be worth it to link to some general AWS/kubectl/rancher/docker resources that you found useful/effective in another MD file if there are any that stand out to you.
