I'd be interested in a session that discuss the different strategies people are using to make their research reproducible.

Neat. This is one of the things Nan and I struggled with on the jaguar paper. We could have provided our simulation data sets for the cross-validation but they ran in the GB. Instead we provided the code and the seed we used (iirc).

Hey @Arthur-Hung , I love knitr.. i use Rmarkdown a fair bit. Would be interested in hearing how others manage their reproducible research workflow.
