Please make sure that I am not mistaken with the continuum being fine.

Looks fine to me, but could you take some spectrum over ~beam of the continuum source?

HNCO is typically more problematic due to the broad linewidth, and hence lack of line-free channels

There are a lot of lines associated with the continuum source!

Very nice! From these images I would say that the continuum looks good.
