Asymmetric mosaics do not image correctly #155

The PSF is badly broken and we get an error about odd-shaped mosaics.

The PSF appears to be masked when the mosaic is asymmetric. This affects several of our fields but only became clearly evident with field al. For example: image

Part of the response is: use the psfphasecenter keyword. (I don't know how to use it exactly yet)

We need to make the change to the psfcenter keyword ourselves.
