It appears that the reclean files in data/2021.1.00172.L/science_goal.uid_A001_X1590X30a8/group.uidA001_X1590_X30a9/member.uid_A001_X15a0X198/member.uidA001_X15a0_X198_reclean/

are somehow corrupted.

Could you clarify - do you mean you can't open the files in the reclean directory?

I downloaded the .pbcor and and .weight and couldn't open them. The file sizes are very small (109 MB and 8 KB) so I guess they are corrupted.

By the way, I compiled the CS(2-1) data having divergence of 12m and 7m in the WP1 meeting memo. I will update the status of those data and add one more column for people to sign up if they could help reclean.

I guess something happend during the file transfer. The files are now fixed. data/2021.1.00172.L/science_goal.uid___A001_X1590_X30a8/group.uid___A001_X1590_X30a9/member.uid___A001_X15a0_X198/member.uid___A001_X15a0_X198_reclean/

@keflavich @nbudaiev were the SPW 24 cubes ever copied into the parent directory? Or are they only in ~/member.uid___A001_X15a0_X198/member.uid___A001_X15a0_X198_reclean/?

I scripted the download of all cubes from the main MOUS directories, and the cube that I have on my end still contains diverged channels.
