Calibration

Looks good.

Continuum imaging

• step 31 hif_findcont: the continuum identification is ok, and can be improved.
• Complex strong continuum emission is found, which is expected as this field is in Sgr B1.

Line imaging

• spw16: got a QA score of 0.89, but no idea why... could be because that there is a feature in the line-free mom8 map, probably an SiO v=1 maser outside of the clean mask?

• spw20: tclean reached niter limit. The image looks good, though.

• spw24: diverged. Re-clean is needed.

Hipergator pipeline run -- line imaging

• Again, spw16 got a QA score of 0.89. Same maser-like feature in the line-free mom8 map.
• Both spw20 and spw22: tclean reached niter limit. But, this time, strong features appear in the line-free mom8 map for spw20. This could be a case where 1st order uvconfit actuallly does a better job than 0th order uvcontfit, or just bad selection of line-free channels? (note the difference in the blue circles)
• Both spw24 and spw26: Both are diverged. Re-clean is needed.
• Related question: When we submit the re-clean script to the json file, do we run tclean from the ALMA archive calibrated data or the hipergator calibrated data? This could make a difference for spw20/22 in this SB.

There should be no difference; so far we have made no changes to calibrated data anywhere in the process. However, we are using a different contsub parameter.

It looks fine but it's not done cleaning. We might need to adopt a new strategy for this one eventually

SPW24/26 nonexistent.. If the pipeline is not running, I will download the calibrated data and run the re-imaging on a local machine.

One channel in SPW24 is diverging... see plot below. I will start re-imaging it on my local machine with higher cyclefactors.

@pyhsiehATalma If the diverged channel (no. 635) is not contaminating the CS line, is it possible to use this cube for CS mosaics?

The cube of SPW26 looks good.

Re-imaging SPW24 cube with cyclefactor=3.5 looks good, no divergance. Marking this issue as 'done'.
