Confetti in cleaning #373

"Confetti" problems occur when adjacent channels switch between having and not having model components (e.g., we saw this in ALMA-IMF: https://github.com/ALMA-IMF/notebooks/blob/master/ConfettiQA.ipynb)

We have a few instances of this happening in ACES now too, at a lower level: https://github.com/ACES-CMZ/reduction_ACES/issues/145#issuecomment-1596268095

Be wary of these features: they can appear as fake spectral peaks.
