The first thing is to compare flux of TP+7 m feather cubes (smoothed to TP beam size) and TP only data. The idea is to see the flux is conserved in feather cube. Spw 18 (7 m) and spw 19 (TP) cubes were tested. The targets lines are H13CO+/SiO.
Feather is working ok in general, but it appears that the fluxes have 10~13% errors from position to position. I wonder whether this is caused by (1) 7 m clean errors of pipeline product (2) difference of 7 m dirty/clean beam shapes (In case synthesized beam << convolution beam, the brightness is under estimated).
I also try to re-clean the 7 m data with a optimized parameters and to see if it causes the problems of errors of flux. The results remain the same, so it is likely the errors are caused by the beam shapes.
The test looks fine and the next step is to combine 7 m and TP of all spectral windows. I guess we could combine 7 m and TP cubes using default parameters in feather and I don't see any specific issue here.
Just leave a note here of the target line and spectral windows numbers.

Feathering TP+7m and 12m (product) cubes Results look good, the negative bowls are removed in the combined 12m+7m+TP maps. Ripples of the TP map affect final results in spw 2.
