[SUGGESTION] Translations of ACF menu to different languages #124

As ACF is coming closer to new menu AND workshop release, it is going to replace ACF2(and hopefully ACE) on servers, some of which are not mainly populated with english speaking players, so it would be a good idea to make a settings option to choose a language for menu.
