[SUGGESTION] find a way for simphys to take proper acf damage #266

Short Description

Simphys vehicles are very inconsistent when it comes to taking acf damage. sometimes you'll be able to 2 shot it, or do actually nothing unless you shoot it like 1000 times.

Applying "normal" damage would help with this, currently any entity with health has issues with it. Stuff like breakable wooden props also behave in a weird way for gmod standards.
