Add turbine thrusting functionality from ACF Unofficial extras that was deprecated

at least as an experimental option or so Old formula for gas turbine thrust (might need a rework): ApplyForceCenter-Forward-Thrust = (RPM / MaxRPM) ThrustInput MaxThrust * 10
