Add Networking and Tool Documentation #403

Documents some of the ACF functions exposed to the user for the acf menu tool and the networking functions.

For sake of time, I have not documented helper functions within the file, since they are less important to the user than the globally exposed ones.

Specifying the functions on the ACF.Classes.Entities namespace are only related to AdvDupe2 might be kind of misleading, they use the vanilla duplicator library.
