Extra symbols in Gene Database, Registry and Analyst GUIs #7

The problem is not present when using individual Apiarist/Botanist/etc. databases, nor when using the last build from the original Binnie's Mods project. As such, it seems to be a regression introduced somewhere in this fork.

I've also confirmed that this happens even with 1.12.2-2.5.1.204, the first build available in this fork. I'm honestly baffled about what could be causing this, given how seemingly nothing touched possibly relevant files.
