Add test with Exception on the dimension of LookDirection (2D field) Moving wavenumber2wavelength to utils/tools Add a function compute_relative_wind_direction to utils/tools Modification of test_seastar_doppler_package_adrien_v0 notebook to add an Antenna dimension for the LookDirection. Adding import in the init.py
