Already found some possible solutions: Different groups go to different rooms and use google hangout in each group. Remote participants can choose one.

Might need to label rooms by science theme.

Decisions: 20 minutes per researcher One hour session twice during the week.

Does Bluejeans interoperate with Google Hangouts? In other words, can a Google Hangout session (room) join a Bluejeans session as a group?
