Duress PIN #607

As people use lightning more, we are seeing more physical attacks. Specially with phones, as bad guys force the person to enter pin on the street to unlock wallets.

This special PIN would take the bad guy to a specific wallet with low balance (if you have multi wallet support) or option to wipe and pretend empty.

A prerequisite for this is PIN support, which was completed in #560 & #614.

The safest option is probably multi-wallet support, with different PIN's for each wallet. One wallet could be setup as the "duress wallet" with a small amount of funds. It's probably safer for the bad guy to get something rather than nothing, and then leave you alone.
