Content scripts

Created a PopUI.js file for modifying DOM content based on browser local storage
Added a header for identifying controls in the popup

Background scripts

Created a constants file. Currently provides functionality for getting port numbers based on protocol.
Created a BrowserStorageManager for handling asynchronous browser extension storage.
Created methods in background.js too save blocked port scans and blocked tracking scripts
Refactored background.js cancel method to call methods for adding blocked port scans and blocked tracking scripts to extension storage

General

Added a permission for unlimitedStorage
