Adding an ABOUT Section #111

for #93 I think we can add an About Section so that students should atleast know about ACM and how IGDTUW is supporting it. It's Like it feels good to know that they are a part of such college .

Hi @priyanka2109, that's a great idea, but right now adding additional pages is not something you can do. If you can, please find something to change in the current events page or the register here page.
