Closes #122 I added two new links in the footer 1.For instagram page of ACM IGDTUW 2.For the Github Account

Hey, @Tarster, while it is tempting to clean up the code, it is advised to not make unrelated changes in a PR so as to avoid confusion and extra things that a reviewer might have to go through. The queryloader.css that you have removed, is something that should have an issue created for itself and a PR linked to that.

Ok,I understand that However it's just a minor thing so I thought it will be just a waste of time to create a PR for commenting a line .I will keep in mind for the next time ,If I was stuck in the situation I will surely issue a new PR.
