Link to the article #3

I see that some directories have a XXX.head file which provides a link back to the article. Example: in the directory 10002, you find 1002.head, which contains C ALGORITHM 1002, COLLECTED ALGORITHMS FROM ACM. C THIS WORK PUBLISHED IN TRANSACTIONS ON MATHEMATICAL SOFTWARE, C VOL. 45, NO. 4, 2019, Article 46.

Not all directories have the .head file. In some cases, the link to the article is provided as a comment in the code. For some (but not all) of the codes, the comment is in a somewhat standard form. For example, 490: C ALGORITHM 490 COLLECTED ALGORITHMS FROM ACM. C ALGORITHM APPEARED IN COMM. ACM, VOL. 18, NO. 4N, C P. 200.

However, it appears that some algorithms do not have any link to the article. For instance, 510.

Let's bring this up in our conversation with the ACM librarian in January. In the best of cases, we could make sure that even the old articles have DOIs, and then we could add the DOI to the directories and, if we want, use https://doi2bib.org to create a bibtex entry.

All of this should be in a subdirectory (say, meta/) in each directory.
