Created NavigationBar #45

Changes Made:

main.dart -> Called login();
loginpage.dart -> Added Navigation to homepage.
NavigationMenu.dart -> Created a new Widget that has a Navbar and this widget updates according to Screen Called
- Icon Changes according to selected option
