rosy02 - added dancing human 3D animation effect as specified in issue #7 #17

[x] Need 3D assets
[x] Audio asset for supporting the animation
[x] Create a scene involving the moving 3D object
[x] This effect would be published on Instagram. Make sure the project is less than 5MB. The effect is less than 1 MB

I have not used used patches and scripts. All files and assets used are present in the project folder Projects/3D Animations/Rigged-Animation-Project/Dancing Human
