Add route and initialize SendGrid API #11

This pull request solves #8. Added a /sendgrid route in the user.routes.js. Initialized the SendGrid API and created a function to send a mail to the given list of users in the utils/sendgrid.js. Do let me know if there are any changes to be made from my side.
