NEW ADDITIONS

cta text on home page
animated gradient background
shape "footer" just to balance page graphics

CHANGES

removed unnecessary css
redesigned buttons (combined Submit by question/course button into one)
removed some in-line styling in favor of using css
responsive: made gradient background + shape footer hidden on mobile
