Resolved vulnerabilities, removed unneeded docker code #90

Updated Alpine image version
Added update/upgrade checks for Alpine to stay up-to-date
Added chmod +x call for entrypoint.sh to hopefully resolve a known UNIX permissions issue with running the script
Removed an unnecessary requirements.txt file
Updated and added explicit versions in requirements.txt

@noahcussatti @greenjam19 Please review this branch and ensure there are no new bugs on this branch caused by my changes. I've extensively tested on my own machine and I don't believe there are any issues. You'll need to run docker-compose --build up to run it after pulling :)

The initial build will take a long time but subsequent builds will be quick!
