Editing Events #18

Users (perhaps only event creators?) should be able to edit events.

There may be errors, either with the data mining or with manual entry. These should be able to be fixed by event creators.

We had determined for simplicity that users can only create and delete events (deleted events are disabled internally). If an event were to be edited, then that event would have to get sent back into an approval process. Then how would you proceed? The event was already approved...does it get approved again? What if the edit added something inappropriate?

@byee01 probably has more to say about this as he brought it up in our meetings.
