editorconfig file #6

Add an editorconfig (I guessed based on your coding so far) so all editors will use the same standards.

http://editorconfig.org/ has more information.

I think it helps people contribute to opensource projects.

Ok, even if it is not supported in my current IDE (Webstorm), I agree with the need of standards (that I might not have respected myself ;-) ).
