SEQRES equivalent needs to be written in PDBML #9

We can read SEQRES data from PDB and the equivalent information from PDBML. We can write it back to PDB, but not yet to PDBML.

I've added the output of pdbml-formatted SEQRES records.

The pdb-format wpdb->header records are scanned and converted to pdbml format.
