This PR is maybe not to be merged. It is just a way for me to communicate my current state easily to Emilio.

If we think this is fine .. we can of course merge it ... but it is not actually my intention at the moment.

With this Dockerfile I ran again into the problem of building Maven. So It was again a Java related problem.
