Here we use the build, copied from https://stash.desy.de/projects/ZNCTAT/repos/acs-rpm-docker/browse

Mixed with some remaining ideas from Patrick Sizun.

I reviewed my own PR .. actually found some errors in comments in the Dockerfile.
