Accessing input phi/kappa map #15

Currently, there isn't a straightforward to access input phi/kappa maps used to make lensed CMB signal sims. Let's implement functions to do the followings

  1. return full-sky phi (or kappa) maps
  2. return cut-out of phi (or kappa) maps for each patch
