fixed (?) a pathname for the phi maps #41

The phi a_lm's do not have a set number attached, so this code was crashing for me. Getting rid of the set number made the routine work nicely. (Maybe an earlier version of the sims had a set label attached to the phi maps)

I remember this. We introduced a set number to the Phi maps when we considered making multiple sets of CMB maps lensed by different sets of Phi maps. We never got around doing that, though I did something along that line for the delensing project.

Having said all that, it should be fine to remove the set number from the phi alm file.
