Missing vocabulary for Aerosol remote sensing from Annex I in DMP #17

From Annex I in the ACTRIS DMP, there is missing vocabulary for "Particle layer geometrical properties (height and thickness)" under Aerosol remote sensing. Should be discussed in ET.

"Spectral Downward Sky Radiances" missing in vocabulary.

Telecon agrees on following layer properties:

aerosol layer base altitude aerosol layer top altitude

cloud base altitude cloud top altitude cloud base height cloud top height

with: altitude: above sea level height: above ground level

Telecon proposes: downwelling spectral radiance

as ACTRIS term for CF: downwelling_radiance_per_unit_wavelength_in_air

Implemented in dev version. downwelling spectral radiance was implemented as downward spectral radiance.
