New top-level concept "data source" above "instrument" and "model" #24

Currently, we have a top-level concept called instrument , including instrument type and instrument model . In the future, ACTRIS will also distribute data products produced by models. Models may be seen as similar to instruments, but will need metadata categories different from instruments to describe and classify them.

It is therefore proposed to introduce a new top level concept data source , below which we will find instrument and model , each leading to customised vocabularies for each. Further categories below data source can be added in the future.
