updating NASA's GCMD URIs #47

Hi @markusfiebig and all,

I looking into the ACTRIS Voc (in order to integrate it in a Ruisdael documentation system - the instrumentType taxonomy seems quite complete  ) and noticed that the URIs for NASA's GCMD are broken. According to https://forum.earthdata.nasa.gov/viewtopic.php?t=3031:

The legacy GCMD Keyword Management Service (KMS) URL (//gcmdservices.gsfc.nasa.gov/) has now been retired. Please reconfigure your links to use https://gcmd.earthdata.nasa.gov/kms/ as soon as possible

Hence I did update the URIs for gcmd: in both turtle and excel file. So, now https://gcmdservices.gsfc.nasa.gov/kms/concept/7166c458-f935-4bd9-a322-d92830cf0c33 (retired) -> https://gcmd.earthdata.nasa.gov/kms/concept/7166c458-f935-4bd9-a322-d92830cf0c33 (working)

PS: have some contributions planned, to the ACTRIS Voc. I will keep you updated and perhaps we can discuss them at some point

Hi @andrecastro0o ,

please don't be surprised if I close your request. The roll-out procedure doesn't use the repo yet.

However, I included your changes in today's release!

If you have contributions, please use the issue tracker of this repo.

Regards, Markus

Hi @markusfiebig No worries. It was just a tiny correction. Just to be clear, if I want to make some contributions, I should open an issue describing the change I would like to make? And the ttl of the contribution I would like to make?

Also do you think we could chat at some point about contributing to the ACTRIS Vocabulary? I see a lot of value in it, but some fundamental issues that result from using SKOS to subdue different types of relationships, that are not correctly expressed using skos:broader and skos:narrower concepts. But they could be address by, either splitting the ACTRIS Vocabulary into several taxonomies with narrower scope than the current ACTRIS Vocabulary, or using more specific concepts, coming from other ontologies. Let me know. I am happy to contribute
