I suggest that the Help -> "How can I uninstall this app?" message pop-up when users trying to uninstall AcDisplay.

Actually there's no way to detect if user is trying to delete an app.

@AChep I changed the title. Are you willing to re-open the issue or should I move on? =)

I think the best option here would be to display the uninstall guide after the user has enabled acdisplay as device admin. Or even just a toast letting them know "Hey, if you ever want to uninstall, you need to undo what you just did, first. This information is in the help if you ever need it again."

AChep commented 8 years ago

Well, displaying little tip after enabling device admin is not that bad.

Is development for AcDisplay still active? I've loved the app for years now, and I definitely wouldn't mind fiscally supporting future development.

Is it appropriate to make a plug for https://snowdrift.coop here? Does phrasing said plug as a question change that? :P
