KeePass support #654

Since bitwarden is making some non open source changes, i want to switch from bitwarden.

However i love your app, but it doesnt support keepass, would it be an option to support it in the future?

This is something I'd like to have at some point in the future, however the amount of work needed for this is non trivial.

Same as #637 although offline doesn't exactly specify the Keypass database format.
