No documentation for "creds" file mentioned in README.config

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Look for shred of docs explaining what "creds" file format is (mentioned in 
README.config), and fail.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
googlecl-0.9.5 on Mac OS X 10.6.4.

Please provide any additional information below.
Please provide documentation for the format used in the "creds" file. For 
example: Is it a single line containing one string, or is it a single line 
containing key=value pair, or is it multiple lines containing multiple strings, 
or....

Thanks for finding that. The "creds" file is no longer used, and its mention in 
the README.config was also with a deprecated config option. I've removed the 
option and references to "creds" in the repository, but you can safely ignore 
that line in README.config with the release you're using.

(r245 removes setting and mention of use_default_username)
