add a unix-style manual page "man google" #76

I installed googlecl using MacPorts repository. There is no manual page. Please 
add a manual page by using the docs from "google --help"

$ man google
No manual entry for google

I'm not sure how the macports package was created.  There's a man/google.1 in 
the .tar.gz and also in the .deb.  Perhaps you could contact the macports 
maintainer and ask them to include it?  I'm not sure if the setup.py install 
includes the manpage correctly or not; perhaps that has something to do with it.

Please reopen this bug if we need to do something on our end to fix the 
macports package.  (We didn't create it and can't modify it directly)
