Time-zone is not correct (summertime)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. google calendar today title,when

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see time in CEST. Instead the appointments are shown 1 hour too 
early. Don't know if the problem if the issue is related to summer time or is a 
general time zone problem.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.7-1 on Ubuntu Karmic

Thanks to info from this thread: http://bugs.python.org/issue7229 I think this 
patch will solve your problem.

This is a patch for 0.9.8, so please switch to using that version then apply 
the attached patch. Please let me know if it does / doesn't work.

I'm guessing that since there was no response, and no other users have 
complained of similar problems, that this has been fixed.
