Upgraded the database to Postgres so that I can install Q3C, which allows spatial indexing on a sphere so that you can do quick cone searches to find nearby sources/candidates within your database
Installed [django-q3c) which is a private repo that Data Central gave me access to
Made some documentation on how to install the database and web app and install updates
Can now quickly filter candidates by position on the candidate page, and the candidate rating page will list nearby candidates
