As noted by Sammy:

[x] The meaning of "detection statistic" is opaque -- I wouldn't have any idea what numbers to use in the filters except by looking through the table itself. I know it's opaque in real life, but perhaps some help text next to the field, or a help icon taking the user to some documentation would be useful here.
[x] It's annoying to have to convert RA (in particular) to degrees. What about decimal hours?
[x] Currently there are no candidates where the Fluence field is populated. Will there be? Is this included in the upload script?

Detection statistic is the name of the column that is uploaded. I don't know what the units are or how it is measured. I can update if more info is provided.

The fluence isn't showing up because that column isn't filled in the data base. When new data is uploaded with fluence information this will be populated and the filter will work. The upload script will send fluence information if it's provided in the fits table.

You can now use RA/DEC in either decimal degrees or in hms/dms format on this page.
