Incorporate flux_warp into the pre-processing stages #17

Will work with catalogues generated by Aegean including the GLEAM catalogue which is already in use

After a few hours of effort I'm unable to get flux_warp to work on any of the test data. The problem seems to be not the data but the fact that I don't understand how flux_warp is supposed to work and the --help doesn't actually help :(
