Include the following use cases:

First time user on Garrawarla/Setonix
How to port forward on Garrawarla/Setonix in order to connect to the viewer

Currently cannot use shpc on Garrawarla (cannot use viewer), and there is no /software/projects/mwasci directory available to use on Setonix

MWA folks don't have access to Setonix until the migration occurs. This will likely be in early 2023 so the Setonix part of this request can be deffered.
